Paper Selection and Publication Process

1. Upon receipt of paper submission, the managing editor sends an E-mail of confirmation to the corresponding author within 1 working day. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission/e-mail may be missed. 
2. Notification of the result of review by E-mail.
3. Rapid Publication: Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision is provided to authors approximately 15 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 7 days.
4. The authors are required to revise the paper and pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 1,250. Partial discounts are available for authors from Least Developed Countries and for students with limited funding (more details).
5. Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds for the article processing fee if the author decides to withdraw after the payment of the article processing charges has been made.
6. Our statement about indexing: Indexing is completely beyond our control. As publishers (or editors), we have no control over whether or not a published document gets indexed. As a result, we make no promises about when or if a published work will be covered/indexed in a certain database. Simply said, indexing is not part of our business. We hope that all authors understand the situation. Publication payments are non-refundable unless the paper's publication is canceled for our reasons.
7. Business Model: We follow the Gold Open Access way in journal publishing. Our revenue is mainly from the author fees.
8. Open-access Policy: We follow the Gold Open Access way in journal publishing. This means that our journals provide immediate open access for readers to all articles on the publisher’s website. The readers, therefore, are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts or use them for any other lawful purpose. The operations of the journal is alternatively financed by fees/charges paid by authors or by their institutions or funding agencies.
